Glitch is pretty simple. What will define his outfit is the features embedded into the garment!

It features:

  The garment is made out of a knit electronic material. Knit is known to be flexible and is best used for agility and comfort. 
  The cape can automatically adjust size to however you want it. This makes it easier to move, cool down or warm up. It is also really cool and can turn into a scarf if wanted. 
  The garment acts as a rechargeable battery, allowing Glitch to store his magic for later when he needs it. It glows brighter the more full it is. 
  The cape has built in speakers to jam out, or simply project your voice. the cape glows with the musics bass and tone.
  There is two functional gadgets on his arms. One gadget can automatically connect and hack into an internet or radio connection. The other creates signals to control electronics in a radius. 
  Also real pockets
 None of those fake pockets
  The headset, equipped with headphones and a mic, projects a screen infront of the viewers face. This can become larger or smaller if desired.
 The headset can also become sunglasses by turning black.
